Our story

Our adventure began with Raphaël Revalor, who opened the restaurant in his son Pôl's name in 2009. Years passed, and we joined the team in 2018 as Head Chef and Restaurant Manager. 

After serving 200,000 meals, Raphaël is retiring in June 2022 and we are taking over this restaurant to continue this human and gourmet adventure.
