Our story

Our adventure was firstly that of Raphaël Revalor who opened the restaurant in the name of his son Pôl, in 2009. The years passed and we joined the team in 2018 as Chef de Cuisine and Head of Restaurant. Room. 

After 200,000 seats served, Raphaël bows out in June 2022 and we are taking over this restaurant in order to continue this human and gourmet adventure.
